Working out should be a luxury, not a chore. That’s why we offer both virtual and in-studio classes, so you can be a part of the community from anywhere. Our virtual program also includes workouts that can be done on your own time with the equipment you have available—whether that’s dumbbells at home or a typical box gym.

The Program

Group Classes

LIFT Studios is more than just weight training! We offer group fitness classes for women that are designed to add mobility, recovery, cardio conditioning, and fun to their training program.

We believe that the best way to get the most out of your workout is by having fun while you're doing it. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible for all levels of fitness, so you don't need to worry about feeling out of place or intimidated by other gym-goers.

Strength Training

At LIFT Studios, we believe strength training is the foundation of your health and fitness. And, what's more, we know that science backs that up.

Our trainers are trained in the latest research on women's bodies and how they respond to weight training. We design programs specifically for your body, so you can get the most out of your workouts with every rep and every set.

Nutrition Coaching

At LIFT Studios, we believe that women should be able to feel beautiful, confident, and empowered in their bodies. Our team of coaches has all been certified in nutrition coaching, with specializations in helping women navigate their relationship with food, hormones, and what it takes to reach their goals. We offer a wide range of services for all your needs, from one-on-one coaching to group workshops and exclusive events.

Personal Training
