LIFT 101 is your all-access intro to the LIFT Studios experience. In just one class, you'll get a taste of our signature training method, meet our badass coaches, and learn how we combine strength training and nutrition to transform women's bodies—without crash diets or burnout cardio.
We’ll walk you through the foundations of our LIFT program—think leg day, booty day, upper body push and pull—and teach you how to lift safely, effectively, and confidently. You’ll also tour the studio, get personalized guidance, and see why women of all ages and fitness levels thrive here.
