LIFT isn’t just a class—it’s the formula that changes everything.


We don’t do random workouts or chase sweat for the sake of it. At LIFT Studios, our programming is designed by certified personal trainers who understand how to build strength, sculpt muscle, and create real body composition change. 


Our signature LIFT program follows a proven training split—targeting different muscle groups each day using progressive overload so you get stronger, leaner, and more confident week after week.


Every LIFT class is like small group training at its best: personalized coaching, real form correction, and intentional movement—backed by a powerful community of women who lift each other up.


LIFT Class Breakdown:


  • Leg Day
    Focused on your quads and glutes using heavy compound lifts and accessories to build strength and shape. This is your strong foundation day.
     
  • Shoulders, Chest & Triceps
    Build definition and upper body power while learning to press with confidence. We target all the muscles that help you "fill out" your favorite tanks.
     
  • Booty Day (aka B** Day)**
    Pure posterior chain power. We hit the glutes and hamstrings with volume and precision—think hip thrusts, RDLs, and banded burners that get the cheeks poppin’.
     
  • Back & Biceps
    Pull strength, posture, and balance. From rows to curls, we train your back body to support strength in every other lift.
     
  • Full Body Metabolic Conditioning
    Cardio meets strength in this high-intensity class. It’s sweaty, it’s challenging, and it’s a chance to push yourself in a completely different way.

LIFT 101 is your all-access intro to the LIFT Studios experience. In just one class, you'll get a taste of our signature training method, meet our badass coaches, and learn how we combine strength training and nutrition to transform women's bodies—without crash diets or burnout cardio.


We’ll walk you through the foundations of our LIFT program—think leg day, booty day, upper body push and pull—and teach you how to lift safely, effectively, and confidently. You’ll also tour the studio, get personalized guidance, and see why women of all ages and fitness levels thrive here.


This isn’t a “free trial workout”—it’s the first step to real, sustainable results.
