This program is designed to help you drop serious body fat. Track your progress through the workout program, designed around strength training and cardio at LIFT Studios, in the gym or at home.
The nutrition program teaches you EXACTLY how to eat for the 4 weeks.
If you are stuck on a plateau of weight loss or need a big kick start, this is the program for YOU!
After registering, check your email and follow the prompts to download our app. Your coach will be in touch about customizing your program.
Please note that this program is VIRTUAL and does not include classes at LIFT Studios.
Your program includes 4 strength training days per week and 5-7 cardio sessions. The workouts will be specific to either gym equipment or home equipment.
You will track your progress in your training app.
Here, you can also work with a personal trainer on your form if needed through the video features of your app
The nutrition plan is custom to you with a template that outlines exactly how to eat for the next 28 days. You will track your meals in your app with our food tracking software
This program is NOT easy but our trainers are experts in shredding. Your coach will be by your side every step of the way to answer questions, give form feedback, and assist with meal planning
