I believe in the power of strength training. Committing to a strength training program brings benefits to everyone and helps to improve a person’s performance in everything from everyday activities to athletic competition.
I love working with women and, as a working mom, my favorite client to work with is a mom who is done having kids, maybe their kids are a little bit older, and mom is ready to find and dedicate time to herself again. I love to be able to give mom a mental break and, for an hour, all she needs to do is follow my lead.
Outside of training, my favorite thing to do is ride horses. I have been riding since I was 8 years old. I have a horse, Bentley, and we compete in hunter/jumper competitions throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania.

It means thinking about the foods you are choosing and how that creates the road you are traveling to wellness. There is a way for you to enjoy your favorite foods and still reach your goals.
