We offer a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. From high-intensity interval training to weight training, we have something for every woman. Our programs are led by experienced trainers, who are passionate about helping you achieve your goals.

Our Facilities

Our facilities are state-of-the-art and designed to help you reach your full potential. We have a fully equipped gym, group fitness studio, and private training studio. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and convenient space for you to work out in.

What to expect in a class

LIFT

LIFT is a strength training class featuring classic strength lifts, as well as accessory movements to tone, sculpt, and strengthen each muscle group.

Your coach is a certified personal trainer and an expert in meeting you where you are. Whether you are brand new to lifting or an advanced lifter, you will be coached to become better with each LIFT.

Leg Day focuses on the muscles in the quads and hamstrings and glues with an emphasis on the anterior chain.

Shoulders, Chest, & Triceps focuses on the muscles in the upper body, with an emphasis on the anterior and pushing movements.

Booty Day focuses on the muscles in the glutes and hamstrings, with an emphasis on the posterior chain.

Back & Biceps focuses on the muscles in the upper body, with an emphasis on the posterior and pulling movements.

Full Body focuses on hitting all the muscle groups, with an emphasis on cardio and muscular endurance and conditioning.

***Please note that we encourage you to take Intro to LIFT before getting started. This will go over the basics and allow you to confidently know which weight to begin with in LIFT class.
